CONTEST IS OVER! WINNER CONGRATS TO TINA, COMMENT #85!!!

Symptom Cold & Flu Pak

It is true, we are in the middle of the biggest flu, cold & cough season! Ugh! So many people, including me and my children, are sick right now or will be one time or another this season. All medication or most medication out there is multi symptom medication and sometimes you don't need all of the "extra" stuff. I was recently introduced to a product called "Symptom Cold & Flu Pak". What it is is a box that contains five of the individual ingredients pharmacists agree are most often needed for colds, cough, fever and the flu. The individual ingredients come in separate bottles, rather than, like I said above, the multi-symptom pills or liquids. The SymptomPak patented system helps you to treat only the symptoms you have, instead of taking unnecessary medication for symptoms you don't have. Makes sense, right? I thought so!

SymptomPak

SymptomPak Contains:

  • 5 effective symptom-specific medications.
  • Educational dosing chart to show you the exact medication(s) to take for your specific symptoms.
  • Portable pill box with a mini-chart so you can easily take the correct relief with you.
  • The easiest way to follow your doctor recommendations if you have high blood pressure, arthritis, diabetes and for pregnant women.

SymptomPak

Here are some ways to come through the cold, cough & flu seasons with some tips below:

*Wash your hands frequently

*Carry a hand sanitizer with you

*Try to keep your hands away from your face when you are out and about

*If you feel a cold, flu or cough coming on, don't just take a multi-symptom cold medication, buy a single medication that is for that particular symptom.

My take on the Symptom Cold & Flu Pak? I think it is quite wonderful! It has individual pill containers with different symptom medication inside. Just pick the pill bottle that is closest to your symptom, and there you go, no over medicating yourself for any reason! Very easy to use and self explanatory, really. I also find their website to be very informative. I love that it has a interactive Symptom-Treatment matcher that allows you to find the best medicine for your symptoms!

I like having the "pack" with various medicines, so you don't find that you have one for the flu...but not the cold (when you NEED the cold) and vice versa!

I did a quick dance and spun on the floor. Do you realize how ridiculous I feel? I mean, the dancing is ok...I can say I'm exercizing, but trying to pass the spinning part off (to my teen) as 'part of my breakdancing routine' isn't easy -- especially at my age? Entry#1

I am not sure if I did it right from reading other comments but I spun in a circle while standing and other tried to do it breakdance style. Hahaha well I don't think I could even do the breakdance style so hopefully I did it right.

P.s. I think these entry methods are fun and I like that you do them.
